Service Description CallSanta.shop provides a platform where users can purchase tokens to engage in real-time voice conversations with an AI-powered Santa Claus character. This Service is intended for entertainment purposes only. 3. User Eligibility 3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. 3.2 By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein. 4. Token Purchase and Usage 5.1 The Service operates on a token-based system. Users can purchase tokens through our Stripe integration. 5.2 Tokens are non-refundable and non-transferable. 5.3 We reserve the right to modify token pricing at any time without prior notice. 5.4 Tokens have no monetary value outside of the Service and cannot be exchanged for cash. 6. Intellectual Property 6.1 All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Artificial Creative, Inc. and The New Creative LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. 6.2 You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service. 7. User Conduct and Child Safety 7.1 You agree not to use the Service: - In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation - To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity - To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service 7.2 Parents/legal guardians must supervise all interactions between their children and the Service. OR THE NEW CREATIVE LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE. 11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Artificial Creative, Inc and The New Creative LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Service. 12.
